REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

AliShanTech provides digital services that require time, planning, strategic thinking, and custom work. Because of this, our refund policy is structured clearly and fairly.

1. No Refund After Work Begins

Once initial work, planning, research, or design development starts, refunds are not possible.   This covers:   - Website planning   - Wireframing   - UI/UX drafts   - Shopify setup   - Coding and development   - Strategy or consulting sessions

2. Refund Before Work Starts

If no work has begun yet, you may request a refund within 24 hours of payment.   Processing time: 5–7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Services

• Any delivered design or development work

• Shopify store setup or technical configurations

• Content writing once delivered in draft form

4. Project Cancellation by Client

If you choose to cancel the project midway, completed work will be delivered as-is.   Remaining work will not be continued, and the paid amount will not be refunded.

5. Project Cancellation by AliShanTech

If AliShanTech cancels the project (rare cases such as violation of terms, abusive behavior, or unrealistic demands), you will receive a partial refund based on remaining work.

6. Revisions & Adjustments

Revisions are part of the project scope. However, additional or out-of-scope changes will be billed separately.
