We don’t sell hours. We scope your project properly, agree the work up front, and then give you a clear investment range before you commit. That range is based on pages, complexity and how much content or strategy support you need from us.
Once the scope feels right on both sides, we lock in a project price and split it into fair milestones. You always know what’s happening, what’s included and when the next payment is due.
Most AliShanTech projects are booked as fixed-fee engagements. Smaller tweaks or follow-up work can be handled as focused mini-projects using the same clarity-first approach.

Ranges give you a realistic idea of investment without pretending that every project is identical.
A simple 3-page website and a complex Shopify build can’t cost the same. Once we define your scope together,
we confirm a fixed project price inside that range — so there are no surprises.
Most projects use 2–3 milestones. A common structure might be:
40% to book and start, 40% after core designs / structure are approved, and 20% on final delivery or launch.
For smaller engagements, we may use one upfront payment or a 50/50 split — always agreed in advance.
The plans on this page are typical examples, not hard limits.
If you need something very small (like one focused landing page) or much bigger (multi-site, many languages, etc.),
we’ll shape a custom scope and quote around your situation.
We don’t run random discounts — our pricing is already designed to be fair for the quality and time involved.
If you have a genuinely urgent deadline, we can sometimes prioritize a project with adjusted pricing to reflect
the intensity, but only if it doesn’t break our quality standards.
If you want to add new pages, features or major changes after we’ve started, we’ll treat those as a small
follow-on scope with its own price. We always talk about changes openly first, so you stay in control of
both the budget and the timeline.
