These are the most common questions new visitors and clients ask.

We design and develop websites, landing pages and Shopify stores. Our focus is clarity-first structure, clean design and stable development. The goal isn’t just to “make a website” — it’s to build an experience that clearly represents your brand.
Both. AliShanTech specializes in: • Shopify stores • Service-based business websites • Personal or portfolio websites • Custom landing pages What stays consistent across all projects: clarity, structure and a premium visual experience.

SERVICES & PROCESS

Questions about how projects work with AliShanTech

From the first message to launch — here’s how the services and process usually look.

We’re a great fit if you need: • A professional website for your business or brand • A clean, conversion-focused Shopify store • A well-planned landing page or sales page • A redesign of an existing site that feels confusing or outdated If you’re looking for quick “copy-paste templates” with no strategy, we’re probably not the right choice.
We usually follow three early steps: 1) Initial message or call – you share your goals, current situation and what you need. 2) Project outline – we define pages, sections and deliverables, so both sides know what’s included. 3) Confirmation & scheduling – once we agree on scope and budget, we schedule the project and start the real work.
It depends on the size of the project, but generally: • Every major stage (structure, design, build) includes at least one round of focused revisions. • Small, reasonable adjustments are normal and expected. • Endless “back and forth” with no direction is what we try to avoid — we keep feedback structured and clear.
You don’t need to manage every detail, but we do need your input at key moments: • At the start — to clarify goals, audience and preferences • When reviewing structure and main layouts • When approving designs and final content Outside of that, AliShanTech handles the day-to-day work and keeps you updated at agreed checkpoints.
We can do both. • If you already have content or branding, we can refine and organize it into a clearer structure. • If you’re starting from zero, we can help shape the content, messaging and page flow from the ground up. The main question is always: “What will make this website easier to understand and more trustworthy for your visitors?”

PRICING & PROJECTS

Questions about budget, pricing and timelines

Every project is different, but these answers will give you a clear idea of how pricing works at AliShanTech.

Pricing depends mainly on: • The number of pages and sections • The complexity of design and interactions • Whether we’re creating content or using content you provide • Any special technical requirements (integrations, custom features, etc.) After a short conversation, we usually send a clear outline with an estimated price range.
For most website and Shopify projects, we prefer a fixed project price based on a clearly defined scope. For smaller tasks, updates or ongoing support, we may use an hourly or small-block pricing structure. The model is always discussed and agreed before we start.
For most projects, payments are split into milestones, for example: • 40% to book the project and start • 40% after main designs or structure are approved • 20% on final delivery / launch Exact percentages can change depending on the size and type of project, but we always keep it transparent.
We handle both. • Full websites / stores are a good fit when you need a complete, structured presence. • Smaller tasks (like adding a new section, improving a landing page, or polishing a product page) are possible as well. The key is that the work should still be meaningful and clarity-focused — not random “pixel pushing.”
Timelines depend on scope and how quickly feedback comes in. Roughly: • A focused landing page: usually 1–2 weeks • A small website (3–5 pages): usually 2–4 weeks • Bigger or more complex projects: timeline decided after we map everything out We always discuss a realistic timeframe before confirming the project.

TECHNICAL & SUPPORT

Questions about technical details and support

What happens after launch, how much control you have, and how AliShanTech supports you over time.

Yes. We structure pages so that you can edit key content (text, images, products, basic sections) without touching code. If some advanced parts need code to be changed, we explain that clearly and can support you when needed.
We follow sensible, realistic best practices: • Clean structure and headings • Mobile-friendly layouts • Reasonable image sizes • Clear URLs and meta fields (where applicable) We are not an “SEO agency”, but we do make sure the website is technically healthy and easy to understand for both users and search engines.
For online stores, we primarily work with Shopify. For websites and landing pages, we focus on platforms that are stable, widely supported and easy to maintain. If you have a specific stack in mind, we can discuss whether it’s a good fit for your project.
If something directly related to our work breaks right after launch, we treat it as a priority and fix it. For new changes, experiments or third-party issues, we can help under an ongoing support or maintenance arrangement.
Yes — that’s how many of our best relationships work. We can continue with: • Regular improvements and refinements • New sections, pages or campaigns • Technical and UX support as your brand grows You can think of AliShanTech as a compact, remote web team you can rely on.
